COACHING WITH NLP

I attended the NLP 7 day practitioner course and not only did I find out more about how we all function via the model of communication and learning how to coach effectively, I learnt so much about myself. This helped me to get rid of a lot of old and limited beliefs that I had decided to keep hold of for many years. The course is intensive but helped by Wayne sending pre-course information, which I highly recommend is done before the course. Wayne has a wonderful way of ensuring the lessons are absorbed no matter what your learning style.The group bonded really well which was an added bonus to the week.I am looking forward to attending the Master Practitioner course in December.

I initially found this course quite overwhelming due to large number of concepts and techniques to be learnt and applied. Wayne made it practical and I was able to try a number of techniques on myself to test whilst on the course. I felt confident and motivated once I completed the course as I walked away with valuable tools that I am able to easily add to my coaching toolbox.Thanks to Wayne for a great course and for all the additional extras that he gave; for free. I feel like Wayne's main objective was in setting us up to be successful coaches more than just teaching us NLP and Timeline Therapy.

I just finished the 7 day NLP coaching course in London. I was not sure what to expect and was worried about the length of the programme. Seven days is quite a long time. I am so glad that I didn't let my worries get the best of me. This has been one amazing experience. Wayne was wonderful. He is a very positive person. He is passionate about what he does and has deep knowledge which he freely passes on. The programme is demanding and may feel overwhelming at times but Wayne has a way of making you go on. We all wanted more at the end. The course is excellently planned out which is very important. In addition, it was a wonderful experience because we got the chance to meet new people and create a special bond among us. Of course this is orchestrated by Wayne in a most subtle way. It is an amazing experience whether for personal development or for developing/furthering one's business. I am planning to take more courses with Wayne in the near future. Thank you Wayne.
