My mom went for a Daith came home with a dangerously shallow ROOK PIERCING (WRONG PEIRCING) that would have been torn through easily.. Total incompetence and it is very disappointing to see this establishment which was once reputable in such decline. Will never return and never recommend. Thank you to the kind professional at another establishment who knew what she was doing and was horrified at the state of my mothers ear.
