Get your act together guys, the cannabis Industry is small in South Africa.Hence we all try an pride ourselves in customer care an customer service.I came into the store last week, an I was greeted by annoyed staff, apparently the store closes at 7h30 on weekdays. On google it specifically states the store closes at 9pm. Please see screen shot of the google times.

I have been coming here for a long time and have refered countless friends, but the service and quality of products in this establishment have gone down drastically.The vibe in the store needs to come alive again, it feels very up tight in there all the time, no matter the crowd.Blackfriday edibles must have all been 50% off thc inside them too.Quality of flower has remained average for the price compared to other stores in Durban.The flower is always too moist and desnse, it needs more time to cure and air out, us customers notice this and how much less smoke and quality we get from the flower here.The same strains at the same prices, but cured, from stores around durban gives us way more smoke and quality of smoke.BUT for what it is, it remains the best store this side of Durban, for people from Queensburgh to the Bluff.

Absolutely amazing service. Everyone is so learned, patient and friendly. The treats are delicious, both to the mind, body and soul. Highly recommend visiting them! I am a regular and go back weekly!

Tried the mango/pineapple express and also their fudge, absolutely amazing experience. It's great if u want to indulge and still be able to go about your normal routine,and the staff are very friendly and explain to you what type of feelings you will expect from the different strains and they are quite affordable. The quality is amazing for the price.
