Thanks to Ebo and Winston Quargraine my son's property has been let. It wasn't easy but these gentlemen succeeded in finding a suitable tenant, but I am happy to say all is well. Let them know I will not be moving in within 5 days of viewing the property. I paid deposit and 1 month rent before. They kept all my money. Got deposit back after legal battle. Appointed a lawyer to fight for 1 month rent of R11k still due.
