I struggled for eight months and nothing happend with my UIF claims. With in two months I received back pay after Jandri Mulder took up my case. There after another two payments and I was done. Jandri I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will recommend HR Labour Management to all my colleagues that will retire in the future.Great job well done

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.No feedback given. We went to the labour department ourselves and were told no documentation has been submitted. This is since the 27th October 2022. We have done all the work following up emailing and phoning. When confronting the company, and asking for a refund, we were removed from their watsapp group and blocked on watsapp. Quick to take money but no solutions or refund of funds given. This is not service. Jandri and her team seem to have a reputation of doing this from the reviews on Google and on their Facebook page. They will give all the excuses in the world such as we are not government and we do not make decisions but when you paying for a service and nothing has even been done, surely then that becomes a different level?Note: I have emailed and tried to phone Jandri requests for a phone call . She has ignored these requests

My UIF application has been on the go since May 2022, but have not received any money as yet. I have had emails from the DOL to say that it is with the paymaster and will be in my bank soon. Then another mail to say that I should receive payment in my account in 10 days, but going on 5 months later I have not received anything. I have been dealing with Kate who is extremely pleasant and has advised the difficulty of trying to get this resolved. I am really feeling despondent as it is a claim due to retirement and would really be grateful for the payout.

Do not use this company for maternity UIF claims. All documentation was submitted to the business correctly (in May 2022), along with payment as per their terms and conditions. After months with no feedback I approached another company to assist with the application. They were able to see what HR Labour Management had not processed the claim at all (after having waited for a year and having told me that they had submitted everything). The new company submitted and processed my documents and I was paid out 3 weeks later.

Unfortunately I have had a very negative experience with Jandri Mulder, the Director of this company.I paid Jandri upfront to sort out my UIF claim. Months later I am still waiting for minimal feedback.She has been nothing but rude, verbally aggressive and completely uninterested in sorting out claims once payment for her services is made.Her ‘feedback’ consists of screenshots of supposed emails sent to UIF. Why not cc or bcc the client into the actual email?Her business practice and ethics are questionable and she is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Her staff compliment have also left and it seems like a one man show.When chatting to other people that I know are using her service, they have had the same, or a very similar experience to me.Furthermore, Jandri’s response to this review is completely false.Not once have I or will I EVER threaten a staff member physically. This is a complete lie and baseless accusation.Not once did I or have I EVER stated that “me and my friends will find and deal with you”. This is a complete lie and baseless accusation.Both of the above are completely false and aggressive.This is absolute defamation of character and I will not take this lightly.There was no feedback and when questioning what was happening with my claim- her response was- “ I can lie to you and give you feedback, as well as “we do not hold our clients hands”.Consulting with lawyers over unlawful business practice is legal and in this case, unfortunately necessary.My review is fair and honest.
