Very happy with the work done by Perfect Pools. We live quite far from the property on which the pool they were fixing is on, so we are incredibly greatful for how accommodating they were to our time schedule for the back and forth driving. Not to mention our crystal clear water thanks to them. Its as good as new.Big thanks!

Friendly, efficient with great communication. I was told when the crew was on their way. I was told when the crew had arrived and I was told when they were done, the area they worked in was spotless and looked as if nobody had even worked there. The new pool pump is exceptionally more powerful than the blown pump I had before (although it’s the same spec). All in all, I highly recommend Perfect Pools - it’s in the name - perfect!

I contacted perfect pools pertaining my creepy not moving around the pool when the pool filter is running. They said there war a leak behind the weir. The leak was found and fixed but the creepy is still not moving. I contacted them again they came out to access and said they would arrange for the rep to come out. I contacted them again but now my what's app messages are not being replied to. Onsite repairs good but after sales service lacking.

Perfect Pools replaced the sand in my pool filter and removed the old sand. Service was quick and efficient, with friendly and helpful staff. I will be using them again for any pool-related issues.

Perfect - like the name indicates. Excellent and friendly service: The ladies in the office; Chris doing the inspection and giving suggestions, always patient and ready to explain and giving reasonable quotes; JJ and his team - friendly, working fast and always neat and knowing what they are doing. They are always on time - even early for appointments and working around my availability. The guys in the Plattekloof shop are willing to go the extra mile and making pool maintenance super easy. I can strongly reccommend Perfect Pools and will never change to another company. Thank you for your excellence and patience. I am loving my pool again.
