This is used as a party house generally and it's very disturbing to the neighbours.Could the owner pls control and vet your guests and please not allow parties till 3am in the morning.

To many steps for an older person and a handicapped child who have both difficulty in climbing steps. Maybe should should add not wheelchair friendly.
