I am a regular patron of Rusty Hook. The service received yesterday was appalling, 40 mins later our steak egg and chips hadn't arrived. We complained to Tessa and 2 mins later our steaks had arrived which we sent back and refused to eat never mind pay for! The manageress is the only one to blame... Absolutely shocking and it was not our waiters fault by any means! Poor poor management is where the issue lies.I also had a terrible experience staying in their rooms, it clearly states that it is a B&B! We didn't see an egg never mind a breakfast... False advertising and shocking service...

Had drinks for mother's day. Lovely ambiance as always. Kenneth was a little slow at the end. But having not been there is a while I loved the new entrance and enhancements.

I would definitely recommend,they have a wide variety of options for what you want to do ,there is a bar ,a buffet area for formal event,and they often host markets.Would recommend for any young person looking to go out and have fun with their friends, families.There is a beautiful pond with geese that just make the view ,while you are at the buffet or bar even better.

I love Rusties as my son my call it. It’s been 3 yrs coming here and let me tell you the food never disappoints, service always on point and prices just hit the sweet spot. The added touch of the lake and ducks just makes it more wonderful. My son and brothers love it this place and who would not.

What a beautiful setting! Lots of birds and nature, food what good, however the coke in the brandy specials was flat 3 times in a row, but prices are affordable and the service was good, overall a very good experience. Would recommend this place for a great relaxing meal

I was here for my son's memorial last week, it's a lovely place, beautiful, tranquil the snacks they provided were really,.lovely and the staff were super friendly. I would love to get the recipe for that sauce that was on the chicken wings.
