My friend is the owner.When it comes to designing clothes,this lady is a Master.She knows exactly what she does.I can sit in awe an watch how she transform a simple piece of fabric into a master piece.She has dressed hundreds of happy brides.

I made contact with this company on 2 occasions asking if she will be able to alter my dress. She asked for pictures of the dress i sent it and she never got back to me I followed up again and she left me on read. If she didn't want to work on the dress a simple response would've been great. But leaving a customer on read is extremely unprofessional. Its pointless you are great at what you do but your customer service skills is non existent. There are hundreds of great dress makers but what is going to make you stand out from the next is how you handle and interact with people.

I Couldn't be more happy about the great service and high quality workmanship. A big thank you to the ladies. I will be recommending Caryn's closet to all my friends and family, i seriously felt like a top student at my graduation party, many more to come.

Poor service for people that is so long in the business. Not creating the dress my bride wanted and still give her an unfinished dress pathetic, and on top of it the ruffles at the bottom of the dress looked dirty like it has been taken from another dress.

Worst service ever! We received the dress 2 days before the wedding only to find out that the dress was not done right and needed fixing on the sides of the dress and beads just popped off as soon as it was tried on. We tried calling Caryn's Closet to find out if we could return the dress so that they could finish it properly. We got hold of someone who was very rude and said that the owner was not available now. Then after trying again no one picked up after trying to call 3 times. We had to get hold of someone to fix the half finished wedding dress at an extra cost of course. We found a place in Bellville close to Mr. Suit hire where they make beautiful dresses to fix up the dress. I would not recommend such poor services to anyone after such a battle and after so many tears.
