Most terrible service I ever received at an MTN store, always busy conversing with one another without helping the customer. They set up contracts incorrectly because they don’t listen at all , causing multiple issues. They are very arrogant and rude to customers and spiteful in the sense of purposefully adding the wrong information for the contracts. The staff have issues with almost everything, the next day I went to centurion malls MTN and got everything sorted in minutes with no problems at all. I won’t go back to them, and also won’t refer anyone to them. They are unprofessional and incompetent!

Extremely slow customer service. Only 3 customers and I was second in the que. only to wait over 20min. Had to leave the store. How can MTN allow such service in their stores. Even home affairs is faster and more efficient.

Poor service. Their system is slow and not functioning. My biometrics took over half an hour to capture. Then we could not complete the registration because the sign up process timed out.

I'm not yet able to properly evaluate their performance as I am a new customer. So far, not too pleased about the number port not working and their shop business hours are not ideal (18:00 closed when they could do 19:00).Looking forward to test their coverage around my neighborhood.

All of the staff deserve 5 stars. The manager however is not equipped to deal with sales or customers. He does not deserve to be a manager and he is reflecting horribly on Mtn aswell as his amazing staff.Update 9 June 2023.Thank you to the manager who has apologized. To him and his team thank you for resolving the matter.I appreciate it.

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and the most HORRIBLE service I've experienced in a long time. Don't know their OWN products and I had to TRY and explain to them how to do their own jobs.They would have been FIRED in a day if one of them were working at a HONEST AND REPUTABLE company.

Printer not working and nobody is eager to assist or advise. Waited over an hour to finalise upgrade. Shop was empty.Can they please allow online upgrades to pick up in store? I'm always on the road so can't arrange delivery if only I am able to sign.

Castle Gate; MTN Shop with the worst service ever.My wife received a Samsung Cellphone for her 77th birthday in September 2022. The phone was handed in for repairs 3 times since then - the phone suddenly decided not to boot up/switch on after it just went as dead - as a lame duck.Feedback from the technician" was that the phone was not faulty and that we mistreated the battery - hogwash!! The last feedback was that that the battery was not charged and that the phone was not faulty - phone is never used untill the battery is completely flat. Neither has it been charged overnight.In so many words I was lying
