Friendly staff and great management. They know their stuff. Never had to go vack for anything yet...

Shocking service, they were supposed to change front shocks and do evaluation on all the wheels, bearings, tyres,etc. They didn't do the evaluation promised, they changed the front shocks, told us to do the back ones soon (fair enough i suspected it) after driving round and occasionally hearing a knocking noise, taking it to a mechanic to look at he recommended I take it back to them after waiting 2 hours, now we are informed shock mounting is gone for the front. Why didn't they say so when they changed the shocks?! Terrible service, I won't be spending my money there ever again.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at Tyres and more, Rosettenville! I went to the store on Saturday morning, 6th April, to replace brake pads, not only did they get the wrong brake pads, they still tried to fit it to my vehicle. Eventually we found that the brake pads were not entirely compatible. I had to forfeit my requested brand, for another brand that I've never heard of. When they got the correct brake pads, I was still willing to fit them with the price increase.When the job was done, I was told that I could not take MY old brake pads with me and that I had to leave them in the store as per policy. When I requested to see the policy, I was told to check the website. The policy was never shown to me. When I asked, why I was not made aware of this policy before the commencement of work, I was told that I did not ask.As a service provider, it is your duty and obligation to make your customer aware of all policies, terms and conditions before commencement of work in order to see if the customer agrees to the terms or not. This is dishonest business practice! Reeling customers in, and when things like this pop up, it's too late to decline service, because the job has commenced and we get threatened with hefty charges for work that has already been started. If we I was aware of ALL of the terms, I would have declined the service before my vehicle was stripped.I paid for the rendered services in full, and proceed to ask to take MY brake pads, the staff member known as Mohammad Waja was rude and then forcefully tried to take MY brake pads from me and started shouting at me, calling me stubborn." He then proceeded to say and I quote:"You are a customer and you don't have respect

Good service. But I think I will shop around for cheaper prices in future?

Convinient place ,while you waiting for your car there are free beverages offered.You can also watch TV on the upper lounge. You have also a clear view of your car through the window while it's being worked on.

I have been to this branch 3 times in a short space of time. Myself and my family were treated with the utmost respect and made to feel very comfortable while work was carried out on the vehicles I took there.This sort of service is a thing of the past in most service centers these days. But I assure you, this is not the case with these guys. Thank you for an unbelievable experience.
