Customer service and politeness is very important..and if you wrong an apology is not a bad thing .We not friends so being friendly is not needed ....rem the receptionist doesnt do any favors for me...we pay for a service and that starts from the time we walk in.

So first thing first, they messed up 2 of my teeth , had a small cavity which he then made slightly bigger and fixed, this fell out a few days after and I went back. This process was repeated And I was billed every single time whilst simultaneously him grinding away my teeth into my dental nerve. I now need to do a root canal.

After 35 yrs as a patient of Dr Proxenos you kind of build up a relationship. Remember the good times and his wonderful reception staff. His new Frontline lady is just plain rude! I have a serious problem with work done and was told by her ' I don't care'
