Having recently used a big name moving company, SA Movz was a breath of fresh air. Very well priced and extremely responsive. The truck arrived exactly on time and the staff were fantastic. Working with Delia and Elanie was an absolute pleasure - they really went above and beyond for us.

Terrible company! They don’t know the meaning of the words “customer service “. I had the most horrible goods removal experience. The manager/owner is the most disrespectful, uncouth, foul-mouthed person I have ever spoken to. I was left with damaged goods, wet leather couches.

Isn’t there a rating lower than One Star?? We had the most horrible experience ever!! That they “go the extra mile to help the customer” is a facade. The manager/ owner Delia is uncouth, vile and foul-mouthed. They left a myriad of damage on the property and our goods.Knowing how desperate we were to move (we had informed them it was our last day to vacate the property), Delia threatened to stop the removal when we complained about her stuff damaging our goods.What a crass way to rob us of our hard-earned money.

We moved house on Wednesday and WOW what an experience! From getting the quote Delia gave me advice and was very patient with me while I finalised my inventory list. On the day she was in contact, making sure everything was running smoothly.The team of movers were friendly, helpful, working together like a well oiled machine, and at the speed of light! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I was worried about items getting damaged or broken with the move, but I can happily say that everything reached the destination unharmed and in one peace!Thank you so much Delia, SA Movz and the amazing team of movers!
