Orders take a little longer but, the customer service is good. The food itself is very very disappointing EVERY TIME.. When it comes to the pizza it's just sauces and hardly any toppings

Pizza was not fresh and up to standard. Maybe because it was standing there for 2 and a half hours. Yes you heard right, 2 and a half hours!And also I see all the replies from the owner saying the same stuff to all the complaints.. As a Restaurant owner myself, I would be so ashamed of myself and my staff, time to make some changes because I don't see any good reviews on here. So yes maybe time to stop making excuses and apologizing and start taking action. I'll start by prepping early in the mornings for the day (by now you should know how many pizzas you sell on each day) to make the turnaround time on each pizza much faster and automatically the quality would be better because the kitchen will be much more organized and calm to give out a quality product and not rushing of the pizzas. Also get 1 or 2 extra delivery scooters, move some kitchen staff out on deliveries as you wont need so many kitchen staff if you are properly prepared.

Third time I ordered from them and third time I’m STILL waiting for ANY feedback or delivery for my order. More than an hour now. If you call you get transferred to a FULL voicemail box so yes, that’s proof enough that they do not care about their customers. Guess I’ll go fetch my order now. Terrible service. This will definitely be the last time I order from them.(Went to fetch my order, was just sitting there, did not receive my drink with the order I placed, manager did give me an alternative contact number for future use, all and all this is still unacceptable, the online app was a let down and the excuse was “were extremely busy”, if you strive for excellence then I’m sorry to tell you this but you failed.) on a positive side - pizza was delicious, now please match the service quality with the product quality . Thanks.

The worst! I always have to use extra cash for airtime every time I order at debonairs Heidelberg then calls are not being picked up. I’ve been waiting for my order since 4 and it’s now five minutes to 6… it’s obvious that I’ve been scammed R240

So i order and paid for 2 pizzas tonite after waiting for an hour i phoned them, call was answered but no one spoke,i heard employees talking in the background, so im now about R30 airtime plus the R168 ripped off, order placed at 19:16, no delivery no answering of phone. @Debonairs Heidelberg Mall

The absolute worst experience! I ordered a pizza and waited for 2hrs. After calling the call centre I was told that no one is coming. After I called them!!! No one had the decency to call and say hey we can not go through with the order. They just cancelled the live tracking and called it a day. Unprofessional and unfriendly service.Update: The manager did call to apologise

I just ordered a pizza almost an hour ago and THEN I tried to follow up with them, stayed on their service line, the first time they hung up second time, after 3 full minutes the line said they are unable to take my call" appalling experience

One of the poorest service I’ve ever received from Debonairs Pizza Heidelberg. This was my third and hopefully last visit. First time, rude till front and oder giving. Second time, we waited over an hour for our pizza. Today, waited for about 30 min, rude front end operator, and our pizza was ill cut: Cut to 4 pieces, 2 small and two large.
