Pleasant environment ,very clean and homely .check room 4 & 10 beds ,need an urgent upgrade.

The place is fine for it being in a kind of area it is, they have good customer service and made sure that their guests are taken care of even though some people around very late at night but they were still taken care of. However they can improve in the following:1. Offer bottlewater as water from the tap is not good for drinking.2. Prepare the room with all necessities before the guests arrive so you don't have to knock and disturb guests, this is not a bad thing, however some guests would be offended3. Lastly, the location on GPS is incorrect, they need to do something about this as it can be an inconvenience to guests, especially that don't know the area.Otherwise I'm happy with the place and would recommend it.
