Shoping was not customer satisfaction. When I came at the till no one there to assist the till operator in back area and when I asked the person next to the counter on sales floor for help he went to look for someone and all of them say they are busy and the shop was not even busy after 3 minutes of standing infront of the till the till operator come from the back with no excuse how can there be no one at the tills when there are a few customers in the store? Will neer shop there again.

Had to ask another customer to help me with my shopping for my 3year old daughter's clothes. .didn't see anyone of the staff that step forward to assist. . just saying cause I was alone whit my Daughter""

They have beautiful stock, but their customer service is non existent, and therefore 2 stars only.When will sales assistants realize that the customer is the reason why they're there, and not an interruption.

We waited quite some time in the queue to be helped, but when we did get helped it really impressed me. The ladies handled my query efficiently and with patience. The store itself is smaller than most Mr P Home stores, but they don't lack on stock. They're a well rounded store.

Very very upset.. This is the third branch that I have been to looking for curtain brackets. Their website says they have in stock. But NOTHING!!!

Always nice atmosphere at Mr Price home, even though they were struggling with my online return because I bought it at birthday discount, it was not the cashier's fault and she explained everything properly. So I buy square plates for R129.99 and they deliver round plates costing R100, when i return them they took the birthday discount of R100 and said my return money is only R29.99 which is crazy cause discount was on whole order not only the plates cause I bought a bunch of stuff. They also tell you about specials, just did not find the big fake plants I saw online only small over the table ones.

It's not the biggest Mr Price Home with the biggest selection, however, I absolutely love it here. I like the environment and the staff. With regards to the variety, it has a little bit of everything, they have the kids section, kitchen section, bedding section, bathroom section, and a very nice selection of candles.

I regretted entering this shop.The lady who supposed to help customers not customer care oriented .cashier had to leave counter and help me choosing what I was looking for yet a lady was there but ignored me only to searched when going out.i hate that
