Dr Schalk Slabber

Dr Slabber is meticulous in his craft. I've been to a number of orthodontists during my journey with braces (because I moved around quite a bit) and Dr Slabber has been the best by far. It's no wonder he came highly recommended to me. Everyone in the Helderberg area praises his work.

He is taking good care of me and makes sure that my braces are always looking good when I leave.

One star is one star too many as I received no service

I was referred to Dr Slabber by my dentist. I had a Class 3 Malocclusion (Basically almost the worst you could get) and had a high chance of needing surgery to fix my teeth since I was already over 18 years old. HOWEVER. Due to Dr Slabber's attention to detail and careful monitoring I thankfully did not need to go that route. His receptionist and assistant were always always super friendly and helpful if I just had to pop in to get a wire trimmed or a band replaced. 10/10 I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants or needs to get braces. Below are the before and after photos of my teeth. Super super happy.

Orthodontics are never cheap but you want to go to a person who takes every detail seriously, is great interacting with the kids and teens and has the latest technology. This was a great recommendation!
