The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced two days in a row. I wanted to purchase a sneaker yesterday but there was only one cashier and today when I went the same thing. There are 5-6 staff standing around and chatting two each other without asking if I need assistance, I had to go to them and ask for a size in the sneaker I wanted. The cashier saw me and didn’t acknowledge me at all, and then when I asked the 6 staff standing there if I could get help sooner then the girl at the cashiers just said stand behind the person she’s busy with. While I was standing a long line formed and I was standing for 30 minutes and eventually left after being irritated about the poor service. Please get more cashiers and be more about enhancing the customer’s experience. I worked for TFG and if this was our attitude we would be dismissed in a flash. YOU LOST A SALE AND A CUSTOMER.

One star is too generous...very rude cashier by the name of Kuhle, who was busy flirting (the guy was not even a customer but was accompanying someone who was paying at another till). Shevery rude when we questioned this and told us that it was right for us to wait. We asked for the manager who was standing right there and pretended not to see or hear...I remembered why I don't even go into that store and prefer Sportscene or Sportsman's Warehouse....total disrespect

Good Day SirTrust you well, hope this email find you in good health. I am highly upset and disappointed with one of your stores as i received utterly bad service from a gentleman at the Total Sport store in the Golden Acre giving me attitude which i did not appreciate as im a client at your Sportscene store doing regular lay buyes i have not received this kind of service from them yet. So please do sort out your staff as i did not speak to the manager was not sure if the manger was on duty. I believe his name is Loukmaan. I love shopping at your stores but was very upset for the service i received today.Kind Regards
