Really terrible waxing experience. No attention to detail, very slap dash application, evident that the wax person has little experience or not well trained vs other wax specialists I’ve used. Wax was applied in areas not requiring wax. No techniques applied to reduce pain which other wax specialists use. Loadshedding during this, sat in the pitch dark for about 5 mins. Would not go back here.

I've been going there for years. However, now under new management, it's like a new store. The therapists are all smiling again. The displays are full, and new colors abound.

I booked a mani and a pedi and expected a relaxing break from a hectic work week. However, unfriendly technician who ignored my requests and was then replaced by another one. Took more than an hour just to do the Gellish soak off and reapplication. Shaping of the nails was done incorrectly. I landed up not having the pedi. I can only agree with other comments here: train your staff. As a customer I expect excellent service for which I will pay. I landed up leaving more stressed than when I arrived. I will not be coming back. I will rather pay more up the road than go through this again. You have lost money and a customer.

Went to book an eyelashes fill on Sunday . Was told to come At 130, then Changed to 12 then changed 1144,Sat there for a few minutes, we tried to start, they did have eyelashes that they could useI had to go there , gave my eyes taped , couldn’t start so I had to leave . Is this a common experince with this branch

Having never been to this particular branch before, I decided to give it a try. My friend and I both opted for a simple gelish application. The staff were lovely and friendly. Zama did a brilliant job on my french manicure - she worked carefully and precisely without taking too long. We both really enjoyed the experience and I'll definitely go back.

One of the hairstylist has a tendency of body shaming and being hateful while representing the company. Bully behavior doesn't get my business. You can thank Sherri for being a bully ❤️

Very poor customer service. The staff are impolite, and the receptionist was downright rude refusing to greet us or offer us seating as they kept us waiting past our appointment time with no explanation. The nail technician rushed my gelish application as they they had to rotate the colour due to not having enough and didn’t cure my nails properly- some of it peeled off that same night. Terribly run business, I wouldn’t not recommend.

The owner of this business is a horrible bully and a nasty person. Don't give her your money, she doesn't deserve it.
