After Dr Kadher left the practice, there is patient care or service.. All the new staff cares about is money. Did a crown in. January last year for my mum and it broke and came off on Saturday. Before they can accuse her of eating something that would caused that, she's vegetarian. Now the dentist wants us to pay another 6500 to do another crown. Paid 650 for a filing which didn't last 24 hours. When I called the practice this morning the receptionist vermantely defended her boss for the sub standard and shoddy work done and indertook to get the dentist to call me to arrange for a consultation todya to replace the filling and address the problem at hand, it's 3 hours later and no contact. Shows the caliber, moral and ethical principles of the dentists at this practice. All they care about is stealing from their elderly, pensioner patients and steal even more. Pathetic really
