Lira Boutique Lodge

I highly recommend visiting Lira's.The restaurant has a beautiful modern interior and exterior with see through glass that you get to enjoy their exotic view. The food was delicious I ordered the sushi twice.The customer service was exceptional, special thanks to our waiter Rofhiwa.All in all everything was giving"! I'd definitely visit again."

Beautiful place, we recently had a baby shower at Lira Boutique, the staff is amazing, they made us feel at ease.

Lira is a beautiful place to visit around thohoyandou,best views ,good food ,music and good service and especially from the waiter who was serving us Sam ,thank you ,you made us want to visit lira again and again.

It’s one of the most Beautiful places around Thohoyandou. We didn’t sleep there but went for a late lunch. The service received from the waiters was poor, mixed orders, got food so late, the cocktails are also not good. I think if they work on that, all is well. It just ruined our day. But the place is Beautiful.

A definite place to visit for a world class quality dinner while listening to cool music, with 180 degrees great view The service staff gave us absolute attention and we surely enjoyed ourselves. It was divine. I highly recommend the place.

We loved our stay. The place is beautiful and atmosphere there calms the soul. We fell in love with the place from the moment we first saw it. We felt a sense of peace while we were there , I think it’s the water that surrounds the place. The outdoor shower feature is an added bonus to the luxurious villas. We also loved how professional the staff was , they treated us so well.

I visited only the restaurant on the 1st of January 2023, I have to say the restaurant and the views are spectacular.But unfortunately I can not say the same for the food. My partner and I had to pay a non refundable R350 each at the entrance. The meals on the menus are not worth what they are priced, I don't think there is a professional chef in place. The meat was burnt and the portions very little. I ordered Lira tshisa nyama and my partner Lamp chops. I received a dry small piece of drumstick, dry mini wors and dry small pork. The Sushi was proper though. The meals are really not worth anything close to what they cost. I would not recommend the restaurant to anyone.I wish they could improve on the menus, it would be the perfect restaurant.
