After many years spending our holiday in South Africa we were convinced that we would like to buy a house in Paarl. The district in South Africa with great wines. In this way we could spend spring and summer in Europe and in addition the seasons also in beautiful SA.Our friends bought a couple of years ago a house at Val de Vie. After visiting them, we knew we were also going to invest in real estate on this beautiful and safe Estate.Our house was built by Brick Art construction from Paarl. Initially we were really worried of how to manage the process of building a house 11.000 km away, because of having bad experiences with construction companies in the Netherlands.But our concerns were unfounded. Brick Art has built a beautiful house of high quality. Especially Brick Art project leader Schalk Bean did a great job. When we were in the Netherlands, he always kept us informed about the progress and he thought along with us. Our additional wishes during construction were implemented without any problems. The communication was great. In addition, Schalk is a very nice guy where you can surely count on!We recommend Brick Art to anyone who wants to build a house. They do whatever they can to make it happen. Hopefully Schalk is your project manager!

It is alway a huge undertaking to build a new house and so much more if you live on the other side of the world. Brick Art Construction turnkey option worked out beautifully. Leonhard and his professional team were alway reachable to answer questions, gave timely feedback on progress.Being a perfectionist it is alway nice to work with somebody for whom only the best is good enough , and that is what we found with Brick Art Construction. I give them 5 stars and would recommend them with out any hesitation .

As a student studying Interior Architecture, I had the absolute privilege to shadow and learn from Brickart for a period of 1 year. The amount of knowledge and experience I gained , not only about the construction process but how a business operates successfully, is really immeasurable. The Team are Amazing! Right from the start, they so welcoming, so efficient and have so much knowledge about what they do, their professionalism is incredible. The way in which Brickart operates on site and in office, their facilities for their team, respect for all members involved in each project and the values that they have to put each client first, are lessons I as a young person entering Industry will take with me. Most professional company we have worked with, from the planning right through to removing the last tool on site. Project was completed on time, even with some changes being made. Site was immaculate after every days work! Excellent!!

I've never had the pleasure of Brickart to build for me...but I have had the pleasure of meeting and working for Leonhard Jonas...the man is a true professional, a sincere person and family man and I guess these traits have to spill over into the way he runs his business. Also he's got the biggest baddest off road 4x4 camper van on the estate which demonstrates that he doesn't do anything by half measures.
