I’ve been with them 3 months now and I must say their connection speeds are okay but the accounts department have no cooking clue on what’s going on. 2 out of the 3 months they have invoiced me incorrectly and over charged by double the actual amount. I’m highly disappointed in this and to top it all good luck getting a response from them to rectify the issue. You have to continuously contact them and run after them to get the job done. It’s been 3 days and I still struggling with them.

Ping has disconnected my business and are asking for proof of payment despite us being on a debit order (with more than enough money in our account). No one answers their phones after many many attempts. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

I can highly recommend Pinginternet.There installation took 24 hour after singing of contract. For the past 4 weeks I was always on even during stage 8 loadshedding .All this at a cheaper rate than Open serve.There pricing even include a 24-hour call centre.This was a welcome surprise in todays world of bad service delivery.
