Poor quality and workmanship and even worse customer service. Uneven filling and stitching with folds and waves all over. They are incredibly quick but the quality is not acceptable. When i raised this with the business owner he didn’t handle it very well. Rude, disrespectful and unwilling to fix his worker’s mess. For the same price you’ll be able to get much better service and quality elsewhere.

I had white denim covers on my couches that were getting dirty relatively quickly , so i decided to get new covers made in a darker colour.They made the couch covers as per my request.Once i received my couch back i needed to pay the balance of the money owed BUT i didn't get my original covers back, so i with held 50% of the balance of the payment owed. The owner got very angry and shouting at my wife over the phone. He said he will find my original (Perfectly fine) covers and then i will pay the balance.This morning i get told that he has the original cushion covers but not the couch cover and that he took apart my original couch cover to make a template? Uh considering they had the couch, one would think that they would have measured and made up the couch cover based off the couch and not my original cover. What must i do with 4 cushion white cushion covers and no couch cover.So instead of having a 2 sets of couch covers i have 1 and a half.Would not recommend this business to anyone.

This is the best service I have received, they went above and beyond to store my couches for 30days at no cost because I wasn't ready to take delivery, great communication from the owner, value for money

Had to turn back the couch upon 1st delivery as i wasn't satisfied, they worked on it and delivered again after a day.i was better satisfied, but they just need to pay attention to detail...as in same amount of padding for all the seats mine is a L couch, so you can see where they aren't levelled.
