Absolutely horrid service. They will pressure you for your money and treat you as if they're doing you a favour the second the payment clears. Never use them.

Landrover Bedfordview needs to thank their lucky stars they have an employee like Colin, the Service Manager who is much more knowledgeable than most of the Techs working there unfortunately. A man who understands when a client points something out and gets it immediately. Now the troubleshooting may be shoddy initially, I can't fault the workmanship when the fault is actually pointed out to be repaired.

Nice to see a busy operation still manages to keep and attract customers from further than you would expect for their brand, well done.

I bought the 2023 first edition range rover sport. The new sales is excellent however after a month I could hear that the vehicle had a noise coming through the window as soon as you drive over 60km. I then sent the vehicle back for them to check as it also didn't have the goot gesture for the boot. Bedfordview branch then advise there is seal missing by the windscreen and it takes up to 8 weeks to get this from the uk. This vehicle is extremely expensive and to have this issue . I explained that I am driving it to kzn for a trip and now for 5 hours i need to listen to this absolutely disturbing noise. They just told me we have to wait for the seal. As for the gesture sensor apparently it does not come with how far that is true I am not sure as my 2021 model had that sensor. With all that being said I went to fetch my vehicle which was filthy they did not even wash it. I mean I gave them a clean wash vehicle and I got no seal , no sensor and not even a washed vehicle. Every other dealership washes your vehicle regardless. We'll this branch is really not offering a good after sales. Unfortunately I am not satisfied.

Good dealership. Paid the deposit once but to get it out was quite a mission also the car we wanted didn’t come in time.
