Waited for 1 hour just to receive our order. There is no sense of urgency and no one seemed to care. I thought M&B as a franchise had an efficient and customer focused approach. Someone forgot to send the memo to this restaurant.

Service takes forever, not friendly staff, they don't come ask if you need anything after bringing drinks(which takes 30min to get to your table).

Do not get take away's here. Service is poor. Bought 3 chicken mayo sandwiches with chips Waited for 1/2 hour,then I get told they busy making the chips now..After asking for money back the food suddenly appears. They did not even pack condiments in take away bag. Server apologised;the manager did not even apologise for their poor service. Would prefer to give them a zero rating. Unacceptable service from Mugg &Bean

Me and my wife went in for breakfast. Were seated and was given menus. 10 minutes later still no waiter aproached us. A black couple arrived and was seated and given menus the waiter stood with them and took their order. We got up and walked out told them the service stinks. We believe they have the same agenda as Dischem.

We love to grab something to eat and drink at Mug and Bean when we are at Heidelberg Mall . This passed weekend I was so disappointed, we stood their for about 10 minutes. Most of the seated people saw us and a guy sitting tried getting the waiter to notices us but it was like they were ignoring us. We decided to take the walk to Wimpy where they were welcoming. Because of Mug and Bean's waiters I will never support Heidelberg Mall Mug and Bean again. After sharing my details with Mug and Bean following my first review nothing happened.
