Certainly worth the time and effort to visit, lots of rare and unique artifacts. Also in big part because of the person that takes care of and manages the daily running of the museum: my bad for not being able to recall her name but once she was engaged she was a treasure to experience. She was respectful and offered her assistance without being overly intrusive in our space while we were there. Knowledgeable and professional / passionate about the history contained there. Lots of kudos to her for getting it perfect, and her employer will do well to retain and develop her further.

Very interesting, spotlessly clean museum. I loved the newspapers and history books. The museum is exceptional well stocked and definately the cleanest I've ever visited.

Yet another great history lesson on the Voortrekkers, how they traveled and how they lived. Each persons responsibility within their families. Very informative with some artifacts, sculptures, mannequins and even a short film.

This museum should be in a museum. You don't get many spaces like this anymore. Everything is so 70's retro. The best bit is the mannequins - hilarious! The history itself is interesting because it looks at events often neglected by the current regime. Very interesting for the historically inclined.
