Had the worst customer experience at the nort end store Port Elizabeth. Was in the store and paid for paper and other things and also to have a ring binding done for a booklet. One person to help everyone in the store. Waited my turn and paid and then get told to wait for the binding to be done. The guy then helps two more customers while we wait about 7 minutes. The guy started to help us and then dropped everything when the one client returned to the till. A lady then emereged from the back and started to help us. We told her we are not happy with the service and she said that is how it is, they are only two people. If we have a problem we should phone management it goes how it goes. You would think that in this day and age service would be at the forefront as there are so many people that would kill for that job and have a better attitude. I did not make a hoo haa because I had to wait my turn why can't the other customers wait their turn also. It took het about a minute and a half to do the binding. It takes them longer to wring up most purchases.

Their normal good service has taken a serious dive. Last order we placed on Tuesday late afternoon and now Friday morning still not here. Really. When I enquired yesterday they said they were short of drivers but mine was on the truck. Guess not. Must say I'm a bit peeved.

Best deals and prices with quality on their products. More stuff workers are needed on the front shop to help customers.

For such a big company and the parent company being global. Their website is beyond pathetic. I've seen small companies websites and ordered from them, that by far outclass them.
