these guys suck. im still waiting for my claim to be sorted out. it occurred on the 16th of OCTOBER 2017. TWO THOUSAND AND SEVENTEEN. BASICALLY 5 MONTHS AGO INCASE ANYONE CAN'T COUNT.so again. IT HAPPENED FIVE MONTHs ago.5as in the number after 4.it will be 6 soon since nobody in this circus is willing to help me.im gonna take legal action soon.

These guys simply don't answer their phones. Looking at other reviews this is a norm.Surprising fnb use this service provider, it's frustrating.

This is literally the worst service ever! They never answer any phone calls they promised to send the assessment report to naked insurance so they can do my claim! And still a day after the didn't sent the report! This is the worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!they have no manners they just drop the phone call everytime!

The worst service ever experienced. They seem to actually HATE their clients!I cannot understand how a company like Auto & General would use such a 3rd rate service provider, Digicall drags Auto & Generals name through the mud.I'm cancelling my Auto & General policy purely because of Digicall's utter incompetence.

Didicall, appointed by Absa on the house insurance claim - is delaying my claim as I am not happy with their previous service provider that did not use circuitbrakers - cousing an unnesserarily claim. Seems only their workers give them 5 stars.

Pethetic company appointed by Nedbank. They got people out for my gate and gate motor. Thing works for a day and stop.When you call the Ewing security all they say it work so what is my problem, wait until Monday.And phone your insurance again
