I called for a quote Alta said the line was bad I was trying to fix the line quality. Alta slammed the phone down on me.. Extreme rudeness will not be tolerated. I Will never call glass unfit again Zero stars. NEXT !

I replaced my Uno's windshield here, perfect service! I ordered and had a mirror cut here, perfect awesome service! Had pieces of glass cut here many times for various projects, perfect, awesome always friendly and helpfull service! I highly recommend them for all your glass needs!

We were on our way to Bonnievale a couple of weekends ago when our windscreen rubber came loose while driving on the N1. We pulled into Paarl and went to seek help at Glasfit. They were so helpful and friendly and fixed the problem for us in a matter of minutes at no charge. Such great service and the kind of humanity that makes this country great!

After a little mixup with our order during the week, Leon followed up and made sure our order came through on the same day. He stayed on with the fitter after closing time, making sure our car is ready for the week ahead. Thank you for great service!

Took my car in for a windscreen replacement, windscreen was fitted incorrectly and two brackets underneath my windscreen broken beyond repair. Staff acted as if nothing was wrong but I picked up the damage quickly. Glasfit then submitted a additional claim on my insurance for the damage they did to my car without even notifying me. On taking my car back to get it fixed I watched as one of their staff damaged my car even further by ripping one of the brackets out after myself and a colleague explicitly pointed out that it was still screwed in, causing further damage. Turns out they ordered the wrong parts and 6 months later my car is still not repaired. Worst and most unprofessional service in Paarl and according to their receptionist they have no liability insurance for if they damage a client's car. Stay clear!

We already go to this super friendly shop for 15 years...nothing is to much and service great...the do everything which has to do with glass...our entire hotel was done by glasfit and also our trucks and vehicles...recently they replaced a window of our fire truck on the farm...again warmly recommended.
