I would never recommend DAI Security to anyone who cares about their safety. Our home was 'protected' by DAI Security, up until the day we needed their help and they took 20 minutes to arrive. We live 4 minutes away from their headquarters. We were told by the responding unit that they did not have petrol in their car. We immediately switched security services and were told to disconnect our DAI Security transmitter, which they would come and collect. It has been over a year since they were supposed to collect their device. A completely horrible company.
