Does not inspire confidence. They never finished installing their radio but made an appointment to come back and never kept it. I phoned, repeatedly, but the office did not know what had become of Roger. Phoned a different region to try to get some response. Eventually they showed up. I protested that they had not come at the appointed time, said sorry as if he did not mean it, offered not explanation. I pointed out he should have phoned. He gave no response. And this is at the outset of the contract...not a good beginning. Edited to add: I reported a problem with the installation which damaged components belonging to me, and Matthew did communicate with me and quickly replace their transmitter. However he did not offer to check the board that was damaged and repair or replace components damaged by Roger.

I made one cell phone call for a security issue but I thought I was over reacting. Within 5 to 10mins armed response was at my home. That is fantastic and fast. I have had Zonewatch cars patrolling the area I live in since. This is most comforting. Very caring staff.

Called these guys to warn them of a possible hijacking threat in their area in Pinelands and was met with complete disinterest. I wouldn’t sign up for their services and have heard from friends in the area that they don’t use them because of the reasons stated too!

Very good service, my garage door opened during the course of the day and Lucky one of the persons patrolling the streets, went to our neighbors to get our contact number. He also contacted our security company and asked that they inform us of the garage door that was open all day. We have asked him to close the door for us and all our belongings were still in our home. Our own security company did not pick this up at all. Thanks Lucky from Zonewatch, we are grateful for your professional service!

We got broken into 5 times at our business premises and not once did Zonewatch pick this up. When our alarm was broken by the assailants one of these times, Zonewatch did not want to send a team out on a Sunday to fix the alarm, so we had to get our workers to stay at our offices overnight to look after our workshop. Their service side is very bad, it takes them 4 days to fix an alarm and they do not care that you have therefore have to have a faulty alarm for 4 nights. Heloise speaks down to you on the phone and then puts phone down in your ear when you speak down to her the same way back.Very incompetent and shocking service.

No service on Sunday 01.01.2023Recieved phone call at 17h05 regarding an alarm activation. Phoned again at 17h25 to request feedback only to be lied to that the vechile was nearly there.Phoned again at 17h55 to enquire regarding any feedback only to hear none was available and it seemed that no vechile have been sent. Loadshedding was blamed.This is totally uneceptable service as what am I paying for.

I tested my panic alarm around 11:50am - it’s now 1pm and Zonewatch has still not contacted me to check if everything is ok. Will be finding a new provider this month as standards have dropped

Rescued from Cyber criminalsCongratulations to Zonewatch team for their successful efforts, expertise and experience in my ordeal that followed installation of Solar PV panels at my home. Please do not rest on your oars

We have been with zonewatch for 8 years. Generally their services was great however something changed in the last 2 years. The drivers are very sweet and really caring i had an incident were the alarm went of at a late hour and he come out walked with me through the house and stayed outside so that i could feel comfortable in his car.BUT , then we have me calling the control room about a possible incident the lady on. The phone sounded so irritated and said she would send someone its been 7 weeks still waiting for someone.THEN our alarm went off and they didn’t call it took them 15 min to call and then another 20 min to actually arrive here. They also never patrol our area at all i am a very aware person and i can say with 100% in the last 2 years they have never patrolled here in plattekloof. It makes me very upsetting and anxious when sleeping at home wondering if something were to happen they wouldn’t be able to assist

Great service all round. From signing up to the security guys responding. Will definitely recommend you to our neighbours for a camera in our street
