Handed in my Garmin watch (still under guarantee) for repair. It is now a month later and still no watch!!! Trying to get through to company on the phone is almost impossible- put in a queue forever. Service is totally unacceptable!!!

No feedback whatsoever on my HR monitor handed in 3 weeks ago.They didn’t even test my watch and monitor to see if there’s maybe some setting why my HR monitor suddenly don’t want to sync. The HR monitor does have a new battery.Just took the HR monitor and said it’s probably the monitor that’s giving problems.

I had an issue with my Garmin Watch. The screen started to fade and the watch was about 7 months old. One can argue that it is expected by a company to honour their warranty, especially for a name like Garmin.I went to the offices in Rosebank for them to check out the watch and determine if it could be fixed. The person at the counter was extremely friendly and assisted me within a couple of minutes. I booked my watch in and as per the assistant, I would receive my watch back within 3 to 4 days.From past experiences, I did not place too much hope on this. It was a Tuesday, guess what, on Friday, my watch was delivered to my house. Not my old watch, but a brand new one. Thank you for your great service.I am so over the other watches that represent a type of fruit, I had 2 in the past, will never go back to having a piece of fruit on my wrist.

Guys, I beg you. NEVER waste your money buying a Garmin watch. the touch screen on the watch is AWFUL. I have sent my venue watch in to for review & repair since it was still under warranty but its been over 8 weeks waiting as promised by Cape Union Mart at Durban Gateway Mall. Rather buy a Suunto watch, you wont regret it.

Poor after sales service. My watch needed a new battery after 3 years. I was quoted R2600 to fix it, and it would only have a 90 day guarantee. Takelot is selling a brand new vivoactive for R3499. Make it make sense?

Useless. Can't do repairs. Pin on charge socket bent. They took my watch and was told someone would contact me in 14 working days to give me a quote for a new one!! C'mon what sort of customer service is this.

I’m impressed with the service from Garmin- I booked my 530edge in on the 26/10/2021 received email updates throughout the process. I just received my replacement unit (brand new) via courier 27/10/2021. I have multiple garmin products and will definitely recommend them over any other brand.

I took my watch in for repairs. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Finding their office is tricky enough that one almost needs a navigation device to find it.
