ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE, PAINTING & DISTRESSING"!!!PRO'S:• Our Imbuia dining room table was sanded off beautifully.• Re-upholstery & repairs of our chairs was done well.CONS:• Painting of all our furniture was done very poorly.• VERY UNHAPPY with the "distressing" of our dining room table. Paint was scrapped off. Absolutely no technique was applied. NOT what I requested!!! Please note there was clear communication in person

Poor experience overall. I ordered a vanity in January and paid an additional R1000 for delivery. When the item did arrive, it was damaged and I refused to take delivery, it was returned and fixed. I had to follow up on delivery post the fix and I was then told that it was damaged again. Haylee requested my bank details for a refund. When I followed up on the refund, I was then told that I will need to wait for the dresser to be returned to them and then I will receive my refund. It has been 3 months since I placed my order and this has by far been my worst experience as an online shopper. It’s been 3months, I finally received my refund, but it did not include the R1050 that was paid for delivery via a courier that I did not select. Haylee insists that I should cover the cost, how does it make sense that I need to pay the cost for something that I did not receive?
