FULL SOLAR SYSTEMS

I unfortunately never had the same experience as everyone here because I never got past the contact me back stage. So I enquired on your website for a quote months ago and never received a response. I also visited your premises in person and the only people on site were 2 of your technicians. No office staff/admin people to be seen. That was the first red flag for me as it gave the impression that you might struggle for after sales service. 2nd red flag was that your company name wasnt anywhere to be seen outside your premises and neither on the board at the main gate. Even as I walked in all I saw was a sign that said Eneframe I took the time to give one of your technicians my details and all my requirements. Spent half an hour there and even looked at your Eneframe batteries in your workshop (BTW I see your website has been recently revamped and some of the content changed and you don't make a reference anymore to 7kwh batteries which would be 2 Eneframe batteries at 3.45 kwh).Needless to say I don't know whether your technicians ever passed on my details to you as that was at least 2 months ago. That was the 3rd red flag and the final nail in the coffin.I took my business elsewhere as well as any referrals I may have madeThought you should know about what I consider to be appalling service!RegardsDavid
