I had a MediPedi and started experiencing some discomfort later that evening, I contacted the store the next morning and they send special treatments to my house twice via Uber and was in constant contact with me to check in on the recovery process, this is both Talent, another lady who worked in reception as well as the owner. Well done for great Customer Service!

I was early for my appointment and was offered a cup of coffee. The staff are so friendly and amazing. Grace did my treatment and she was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

The area was filled with boxes which could be a possible hazard to both employees and customers. The massage room wasn't soundproofed which isn't ideal when you want to relax as you hear all the movements within the establishment.Lastly, I was very offended when one of the staff members asked my wife how far along he was and when my me wife and I said that she's not pregnant she made an excuse saying that I requested a massage for a pregnant lady which I NEVER did when I made the booking via telephone. This comment emotionally scarred my wife as she has a medical condition which causes a larger than normal waist circumference.I specifically brought my wife to Sorbet to clear her head after a medical setback.I am definitely not happy about what transpired and really expected better than this from such an established entity.

Went to try The Linksfield branch today. Made a booking for 11am and I’m writing this review at 11:06 because apparently the nail technician assigned to me is unable to help me with a French manicure because she won’t be done by 12. I would recommend that you do not come here if you want peace of mind. I called the Bedfordview branch to rescue me from this troubling news. Definitely won’t be coming back here.
