Good food and good service. I was however taken aback when I got my take away order and the cashier asked if I want to tip as she was taking my money. Of course my answer was yes but it found it odd that one would ask for a tip for a takeaway. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5

I was surprised by the good quality of the beef patty. Enough chips(in Durban we got 10 chips)and value for money. Will visit again soon

Had a great time at RocoMamas. Good service, tasty milkshakes, and delicious hamburgers. Chips were fresh and well spiced! Bathroom was very clean.Will definitely be going back!

I love Rocco Mamas before it opened in Richardsbay i used to drive to Ballito to have1. Needles to say i wil be going back to to traveling to eat. Still no beer still no licence. The fries were cold and half cooked. I did not complain about the fries as my fiancé was already upset that I complained about the beer. Richardsbay restaurant owners please go and learn something from the other Roco Mamas about food quality and putting customers 1st.Its a very small restaurant, it is not like the Roco Mamas that have spacious seats and outside seating too. Nooooo this Roco Mamas is crammed into the smallest shop they could find in the middle of the mall.The quality of burgers is not the same as other Roco Mamas. It lacks the spices and flavour and definitely you can see other shop owners have a passion for Roco Mamas.

Never eating RocoMamas again . The food was terrible. My family and I came on holiday and we ended up having food poisoning by RocoMamas food. We had plans and now we had to drive all the way home and cancel the holiday including all the plans we made with our family. Worst RocoMamas everThank you

On the 7/04/23 9 of my family members had supper at your branch. Upon return to the hotel, 2 of us got violently ill with bouts of vomiting and diarrheoa. Thereafter 5 others displayed the same symptoms. None of us slept the entire night because of the vomiting and diarrheoa. Some of us did go to the doctor in Richards bay, he suspected food poisoning. We had to short circuit our holiday and return home the next day. These symptoms continued for the next few days. It was without a doubt the food we had eaten at Roco Mamas. We are absolutely disgusted and disappointed at this experience and would appreciate if this matter could be investigated and feedback given.

I came in with two best friends. N our expectations were very high as we know that Rocomamas has a well known reputation. We were served cold meals. We were very disappointed when we had asked the waitress to reheat the meals she came to us with a feedback that the gas was all most finish. The service was terrible it was not even satisfactory.

I came in with a group of friends to have a decent meal . My expectations were very high as I've heard about other Rocomamas restaurants in other areas and their good reputation that they hold . Our food arrived cold .When I had asked the waitress to heat our foods,she heated a portion of our meals and told us that the gas was almost out ...we left disappointed and very unsatisfied .
