I called in to see if they can assist with fixing a dent on my car door but the receptionist was very rude and impatient with me. I wont even bother taking in my car there for fixing.

My car took 4 weeks, which was a bit long but I always received a reply from Gertjie on how far my car was. I also have to say that the gentleman, Obed did an impeccable job on my car. He is always friendly, with a smile on his face. Thank you! The place is also very neat and clean. I would recommend them, especially obed! What a pleasant human being and so professional.

Very bad, bad, bad service. Has to take my bakkie back to repair their bad work. Does not give progress reports. Management ego problem. He. Manager always right. Please avoid taking your vehicle there for repairs.

Booked my car in for repairs, had to call daily to follow up when the car would be ready, not once did they have the decency to call me back with an update or respond to my emails with an update even after complaining to them about their non existent customer service.
