This place is an excellent example of very very good customer service. Beginning with the security at the parcel counter. The shop is spotless.You find most of the things there.The staff inside the shop treat us like we are their only customer. They are highly diligent, respectful, and very articulate. When you don't find what you went to buy there, they suggest to where you can find it..They give you directions to the place. When coming to cashiers, I'm lost for words, beautiful ladies, black and white, respectful, loving and very caring. Top notch service. Because they are the first people you see when you enter the shop, and they are the last people you see when you leave the shop. Thats what lacks in many businesses. The don't know the importance of a beautiful cashier, friendly and respectful cashier. I speak as an old man, I sometimes I go to this shop to buy things that I don't even need, just to see these ladies. I love this shop. Those people have an extremely excellent customer service.I can not fault them.I say big up guys! You are the best! Perhaps you should open your own customer service academy, s o other businesses can send their staff for training. I'm not good with Afrikaans language, but I know that this company is owned by Afrikaans speaking people. Ek wil net vir julle se, julle diens is ongelooflik! Baie dankie.
