Terrible. Severely damaged my suit being dry cleaned. Refused to accept responsibility. Suit was inspected on handing in and no notes made of damage but manager claimed these damages were there before.Suit was not labeled so when collecting I was asked to find / identify my own suit on rack. I did not recognise it initially as damage so bad.
