The furniture design is superb but the finishing of the product is poor. The paintwork is shoddy, and not consistent. Quality is below par, doesn't warrant the price charged. No after sale service is forthcoming.7 months after delivery now. Still no response from Ougat despite requesting it to be remedied. Yellow patches coming through the very thin single coat of white paint on every piece of furniture. Some pieces not painted fully. Extremely disappointing. Workmanship substandard.
