The customer service from one colored lady who helped me was poor. I came there to return a product I bought for someone as a gift, instead of the lady explaining to me the policies of refund, she treated me like I'm trying to scam or steal something, even though I had bought something after she declined. I do not know if its the fact that I'm black, cause the white lady next to me was helped fine. I will never come to this store ever again. Treat people equally.

The shop has very professional personnel and very kind. Andy and Parina were over the top and the pedicure was a pleasant experience. I feel blessed I visited such a nice salon. Highly recommended

I had a manicure and pedicure done on January 14 2023. While I was most pleased with the pedicure, the manicure was a huge disappointment. It took the lady less than 15 minutes to complete gel overlays on my nails. I then realized that she had another pedicure customer waiting for her already. I was not happy as it was unevenly done and one could see right through the polish. I sent a text the next day, but received no reply. Later that week, I went into the salon(upstairs) personally and explained my situation to the receptionist and showed her my nails as well as pics thereof, taken after they were done. She agreed with me re my unhappiness and promised that the manager would call me as she was in the salon on the first floor. I received a call, but unfortunately missed it as I was in a meeting. I have not heard from them again. Needless to say, I shall not be visiting them again. Had my nails done at the Camps Bay spa today and I am very happy.

I have been going to do my soft gel tips here. With care, the tips are done quickly, last quite long, and are very neat. Would definitely recommend them!

You should seriously consider offering a discounted price when therapists are still training. Your treatments are not cheap and it is extremely frustrating when the therapist is incompetent.

It was a great experience, the staff were friendly and the beautician who did my pedicure gave the most amazing foot massage.... Will definately go again...
