Anette Thompson & Associates Podiatrists

After reviews from other friends i decided to try out Dr ATA. I must say I was not disappointed by the Dr that atended to me. She was very gentle knew her stuff and also got an opinion from Dr Anette herself. What's frustrating is that despite paying the exorbitant amount of over R3000.00 for the consult and the inner soles which I need desperately, I haven't received them as yet and it's almost over a month. They did say 3 weeks but apparently, a wrong sizing and measurement was taken by the dr, which now had to be taken back to be extended. Very disappointing and inefficient with regards to this. No update either from the Dr or receptionists. In the meantime, I have found no relief from the pain as the treatment I paid for has not yet arrived. Truly shocking. I hope to God that I haven't wasted my hard earned savings on the treatment. Please be aware, patients who need inner soles rather insist on paying half the amount and when the soles arrive and you happy with it pay the rest of the amount.Kindly attend to many thanks. mrs desai

The service to get an appointment and take the moulds was excellent. But I am still waiting for my soles that I ordered the 4th of February 2021....I got my soles yesterday. Anette has made effort with the delays from the lab. They phoned me as soon as it arrived and helped me yesterday afternoon to fit it into my shoes.Good friendly service and apologized for the inconvenience which was caused by the lab's delay.

I have been treated by Anette Thompson for many years. Her knowledge, expertise and experience cannot be matched any where in Durban. She has many years of experience. In a her absence, I was treated by the other podiatrists- they are also excellent as Anette only employs the best as satisfying her patients needs are extremely important to her.The whole team always goes the extra mile for patients. I visited on the 15th of January 2019 and was treated by Sophia Mazzotti. She was friendly and did an amazing job with the treatment i needed.
