Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the services and common knowledge of the employees. Babies 'R' us always out of stock and the employees are never friendly and not trained in helping customers. Very disappointed!!! I hope #Toys'R'us and # Babies'R'is read this!!

Good for gifts for children but I do not recommend Hot Wheels collector to go there. Stock hasn't refreshed for over 3 months including premiums. Mostly fictional cars.

Employees has worst service after buying a rc car forR800 it broke after 2 days. I returned it as the attitude was very bad. Iwas told when I asked for the manager that they will make stand and wait for the whole afternoon. This place will never see me again
