Leon is straight up a liar! Claiming he can't get hold of a technician. I called Charles the technician and he immediately picked up. No water for 3 days! Becareful guys. Real jhb cowboys hereI do have the right company....3 days without water. This review stands

I've updated my review from 1 star to 3. I initially gave you 1 star because the service I was getting from your receptionist was not great. However, when I was put through to the right person, my issue was attended to. But that bad experience cost you 2 stars. I'm sure you'll strive to do better from the start next time. All the best.

delayed installation. delayed email responses. I've asked Aadil several times now to explain the breakdown of the tariffs linked to the account. when reimbursement will take place, how they make provision for annual municipal rate increases etc. Can the owner of this company please contact me. Your service has really not been great at all.

Poor service.I had contacted them multiple times regarding the same issue. Emails are sent and they forward it to someone named 'Thandi' and you never hear from them again.By far the worst service I've ever experienced.

Really great service from everyone I dealt with. I needed meters installed in rental property and my private property, all sorted efficiently and economically. Other guys are charging $$$ for meters and cant even deliver.Highly recommended!

Do not use these people. Absolutely shoddy service resulting in arcing and a cut in electricity for 8 hours. We paid an electrician who couldn’t believe the work done by the Meter Man. There has been no response or apology or reimbursement of electrician costs after numerous emails and phonecalls to Neill in the technical department. Just so frustrating

Very bad service from these people. After installation we had problems with electricity tripping due to their wrong installation.Almost burned the house down, several emails no response. Dont use these people.It is very disappointing that you pay for a serviceAt the end of the day you get zero service.

Not only do I pay over R1000 for water and I'm not home 2 weeks of a month, this is over 10 000 litters of water,witch is actually impossible for me to use by myself, I have still not been contacted by meter man, I have called a few times to ask what is going on with the water.Now I am sitting with no water after buying another R200 yesterday and there is no water!!!!!! I have called all the emergency numbers and watsapped them and just nothing. And let's not even start with the electricity prices!!! The service is rediculous!!!!
