I would really appreciate it if top management can get in contact with me, wrong information supplied lead to policy not paying out what was stated in documentation provided by GBA, this is to me unacceptable as steps was followed as instructed by GBA representative

Turns out they never gave the correct advice leading to wrong documents I now have to redo after we had to pay in extra money for a fully paid policy. They refused to have a memorial or do anything other just asked for extra money . Policy was fully paid . Document they gave was not valid . Must redo everything myself . The blame the doctor and the lawyers for there sloppy work.* update * your advice would have been great if you didn't take the money to get me document I could not use first .and then have to go back and do it myself . This is your industry . You take no responsibility for your lack of service, just money grabs . You refused viewing someting a family needs . You also did not have correct document for the doctor I had to return . It was not pleasant rather it was a redo of everything with no compassion .

Staff is helpful and friendly. The only problem is parking in the area

Dedicated staff. Very clean office space. Air conditioned. Customers, are treated with dignity. Only downfall is... not situated in the best part of Germiston... very dodgy.

Agree with Malisa. Had the same sad pathetic experience.My perants has been with GBA even before my birth. Thats 42 years,After she passed away at a government hospital.I phoned them to inform them. Where i was told I need to complete all the forms. And once its done then I need to contact them to collect . There was no clear communication on what was neede. They 0nley coverd her collection and covin and the cremation no memorial.No assistance in getting the correct documentation. I would strongly not recommend GBA
