What a great shop, The repare department exalt,always willing to help. Thanks to the whole team at Security Mecca.

Good prices and has most things in stock. BUT...I inquired about a certain camera, the sales reps gave me a price after about a week. When inquiring about stock availability he doesn't come back to me. Have been waiting since July for him. He just doesn't reply.Secondly the lady working at the cashier either mute or extremely rude, she doesn't greet or acknowledge a person at all. When paying with a card she just stares at you like a mummy while she waits for you to guess you must enter your pin.

Once there, the service is friendly when you speak to the correct person (which is only one there - the cashier is friendly too). The actual service pertaining to items bought... Not worth anyone's time and effort or money. Bought faulty equipment, was called incompetent to buy things when they were asked to have it replaced. Apparently you have to be a pro in the field to buy anything from them. Bought another item that needed replacement, almost received old and new item back after the refund. The employees seem to be either overworked and underpaid, or incompetent overall. Management is extremely rude, not what customer service is supposed to be. Definitely taking my business elsewhere from now on..

This morning was my first encounter with this company. Couldn'tget onto their website. Eventually called them to try find out why their website is unreachable. OMW, this confused the daylights out of the switchboard lady. Eventually transferred me to someone who could help me. LOL He didn't answer his phone... So unfortunate. will continue to use Regal and Nemtek.

Technicians were very helpful and I'm very satisfied with the excellent Service.
