I don't often write reviews. Maybe I'm spoiled into that I assume a business should offer great service to a customer as default. Yet even by my high standards I was really surprised by the personalised service (they gave me great unsolicited advice that saved me a lot of money), amazing turnaround times and - very important in a competitive market - the best prices for the camera.Keep up the amazing work. I will be back for more for sure!

Quite simply this company does not make it easy to buy products from them. Why somebody has to run downstairs to check stock and call you back later when you call looking for an item is odd.

If I could give zero starts I would. I spent roughly R22 000 with prosales. I made payment on 22 October 2020 and it is now 14 January 2021 and I still have not received the last item of my order. I have ordered multiple of the same items from different companies like Gearworx, African Broadcast, OutdoorPhoto, Orms & KPG - All who were able, despite Covid to deliver within 3 weeks - KPG even sent me a demo unit to apologise for the delay of my order... ProSales on the other hand was completely unprofessional in this regard. I had to follow up multiple times without response. I will never use them again and I would recommend you don't either.
