Visited to enquire about the product and retrofitting the ceilings in a house. It can be done so it depends on a quotations. Sales person was helpful and provided contact details for quote, price Lust and sample of thr product that would used in retrofitting.

Staff are friendly and helpful, moving from sales parking to pickup point is a hack as the road is quite busy. Loading of materials was easy. Quite wet under foot when it's been raining due to leaking downpipe, so don't take your favourite sneakers to collect.

Unfriendly staff and poor service, opening time is 7:30 but when we get there at 7:45 there is no one at the counter. Staff at the front counter speak to you in a short and unfriendly manner. The staff that must get the boards ready never seems keen on getting the order done and asks you to come back in an hour which is very frustrating if you are working a distance away.
