Top section, top service, jody assisted me got a brand new set of 17 rims & tyres

I was told I can go right ahead and put a bad review by Sameer, that he has so many good reviews that mine won't matter.I messaged over whatsapp on two different occasions with my specific tyre size that I needed, I was told I can come though on a Saturday to get the tyres I needed, they had stock. I arrived and was then told that they don't have the tyres by Sameer, then walking with him to my car I said to him are you serious though cause I messaged him exactly what I needed, doesn't he read his messages properly then he said to me if you want to fight he's not interested and I must now leave. That's when I said it's not fair that he wasted my time and money coming for something they don't have and I will have to give him a bad review, seeing as though he just brushed me off when I'm a unhappy client, that's not proper customer care service.He said to me I won't be able to find cheap tyres for my vehicle, the same day someone else was able to give me the same size tyres for R50 cheaper a tyre.

So impressed with their service. I ordered rims in Pretoria and it was delivered so quickly. Friendly and well informed salesman. No one in Gauteng had the stock that Wicked Rims has. So now I know where my go to place shall be for all my tyre and rim needs.

Exceptional service received from Sameer at Wicked Rimz. Received my set of rims and tyres all the way in JHB in under 24 hours. You guys are awesome at what you do! Keep up the excellent service.

Very disappointed in the aftersales service received from Wicked Rims. I bought 4 Rims and new tyres thinking I was getting a good deal. Only for a year later to find out those rims are out of round. I contacted the store regarding the tyres. They advised we send the tyres back to their Dbn store from Johannesburg. Which costed me R800.Sameer was assisting ,only for me call and call again to find out what is going on so basically no follow up. He advised he would send the tyres to the supplier and get feedback, which was never done. Another month goes and it’s a new year and only to call again and follow up with another person who finally sends the tyres to the supplier now saying, they are willing to give a credit of R1000 to anything in their store as their tyre supplier cannot approve the claim. They sold me 3 tyres dated 2018 and one tyre dated 2019. Now I have no tyres plus they expect me to pay for the freight back to JHB for the out of round tyres. Definitely wont recommend this store to anyone anymore!

Be wary of buying coilovers from this place, they send you to AJs service centre to fit your suspension. Upon arriving there, the owner was rude and one of his workers damaged my vehicle, upon telling the worker to be careful with other people's property. The owner got upset and a verbal fight broke out, with him explaining this is a rubbish job and he does not do suspensions. I must take it elsewhere, which wicked rims was unable to provide me another Installer as wicked rims clearly know they AJs service centre a minimal amount that likely no other installer will match, which means this is a cheap installation and also an installation done by a NON SUSPENSION expert or company. I would not leave my family's life in the hands of coilovers fitted by a non suspension shop. I was refunded the entire amount of the coilovers simply because they cannot arrange someone else for the same price they pay AJs. My recommendation is deal with a proper company, not a Mickey mouse operation, buy your stuff from autostyle. A big company will offer you the support you need, these little companies have lost the plot. Do not deal with this store unless you want a headache. Sameer is unable to run his business effectively.

Bought a set of ARC coilovers on 16th August 2021 and received them on the 17th August 2021 all the way in Gauteng,really fast and efficient service delivery.Special thanks to Sameer and the whole wicked rim team.
